Option One : A La Carte

If your workplace is experiencing a specific challenge, such as a need for conflict resolution facilitation, a desire to strengthen communication, community, and teamwork, or supporting staff in goal setting and finding meaning and purpose in their work, Option One will pinpoint the site’s particular challenge. During the initial consultation, I will help the leadership team determine the best method of engagement and appropriate length of time that will be required to address the need. Typically, this option ranges anywhere from 3-10 sessions, depending on the particular issue that is being addressed.
Option Two : 1 Year Partnership

For those workplaces or school sites who are unable to commit to a 3 year partnership but still have high needs, Option 2 is a great choice. The first few months will be dedicated to getting to know the staff and understanding the culture and climate of the site, while the rest of the year will be focused on strengthening communication skills, and addressing conflicts through appropriate conflict resolution modalities.
Option Three : 3 year Partnership

Year 1: Getting to know you
The first year will be centered around building the foundation of our working relationship. This time will be utilized to get to know the staff on a one-on-one basis, supporting them in identifying and implementing their values in the work they do, their career goals in the next 3, 5, and 10 years, their experience of the workplace culture and climate, the tools they use when challenges arise, and any internal or external conflicts they are experiencing that is impacting their work.

Year 2: Deepening Connections
With a more robust understanding of the staff, and the culture and climate of the workplace, year two will focus on deepening the connections that the staff have with one another. Depending on the needs of the workplace, this may take the form of cultivating stronger group dynamics and/or mediating through conflict resolution modalities. Year two will also concentrate on honing the leadership team’s skills using Humane Leadership principles.

Year 3: Passing the torch
Year three will center around the passing of the torch. This is to ensure that the work we have done together is embedded into the workplace for the foreseeable future. This will be accomplished by training specific staff members to act as ambassadors of the work. They will help support the welcoming and onboarding of new hires, mediating conflicts when needed, leading reflective groups, and presiding over the overall culture and climate of the workplace.

Pricing
Option 1: A La Carte
$2 K
The A La Carte pricing includes a 2 hour consultation session in addition to approximately 2 hours of preparation time.
Option 2: One Year Partnership
$75-$150 K
This price range is based on the number of hours spent at the work site each week, and will be agreed upon during our initial consultation. The maximum number of hours per week is 30 hours, within a 45 week timeframe.
Option 3: three Year Partnership
$75-$150 K
This price range is based on the number of hours spent at the work site each week, and will be agreed upon during our initial consultation. The maximum number of hours per week is 30 hours, within a 45 week timeframe.
Option 4: Individual Coaching
$100/Hr
The Individual Coaching option includes 1 hour of personalized coaching and approximately 30 minutes of preparation time.
