Social neuroscience tells us that the quality of our relationships is the greatest predictor of our sense of happiness and wellbeing. Research shows that happy employees are healthier, have a more robust sense of purpose, higher levels of engagement, more resilient after facing setbacks, and are kinder to those around them. What’s more, businesses do better with happier employees. According to a 2023 study on workplace wellbeing and firm performance, “Company wellbeing proves to be a significant predictor of firm performance across a wide variety of indicators. We find that higher levels of wellbeing generally predict higher firm valuations, higher return on assets, higher gross profits, and better stock market performance” (Kaats, Ward).
The approach
Unlike many large consulting companies, Full Circle is an intimate experience. I will be integrated into your place of work, assessing how the relational dynamics are affecting employee wellbeing, performance, and output, and determining how to enhance and reinforce those components.
