Strengthening relationships and resolving conflict in schools and the workplace

Centering on Relationships

No matter our place of work, whether it’s a for-profit business, a non-profit, a school or district, the systems in which we work are made up of people, and people miscommunicate, disagree, and struggle with adequate repair when there has been a rupture in a relationship. When we lack trust in the people we work with, the consequences are evident: burnout, absenteeism, a decrease in engagement, and employee and leadership turnover. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Why Full circle?

Circles are ancient symbols that hold a lot of power. I think of the circle like the cycle of the Hero’s Journey, leaving behind the old world or an old perspective for an adventure of discovery, returning to the same place but as a new version of ourselves. That’s how I envision our work together.

Unlike many large consulting companies, Full Circle is an intimate experience. I will be integrated into your place of work as a part of the team, but as one who can hold the bird’s eye view of the entire workplace ecosystem, and help support the various relational dynamics within that ecoysystem.

I’m not just answering to the leadership team or upper management. My purpose is to work on an equal playing field with everyone, no matter their position in the hierarchy. In a circle, everyone is positioned equally, and deserves to have their ideas heard.
