We’ve got a problem

The educational landscape is quickly shifting beneath our feet, and it is no secret that students, educators, and caregivers are at risk of falling through the cracks. Student absenteeism, disengagement, and mental health challenges are at an all time high. We are witnessing a mass exodus of teachers, while teacher training programs are experiencing historically low enrollments. Many parents and caregivers have to navigate confusing bureaucratic channels to receive the necessary supports for their children, and are often uniformed of the best pedagogical methods to help their kids learn most effectively. It is clear that what we are doing isn’t working; we need to do something different and we need to do it now. Like climate change, education is at a critical tipping point, and it is going to take all of us to make changes in how we educate our young people to ensure a better future for us all.

Full Circle will look and feel different, and that’s by design. Just as we use the above pedagogical practices in the classroom, I use the same with my clients.
